AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!
The most UNPROFESSIONAL people I have ever dealt with !!!!
Their supervisor, John, came to evaluate why my water pump had no power. He said to call PUD and have the lines checked giong to the meter…if they were good, then the issue is in the buried line between the meter and house.
Called on Friday morning to let him know PUDs end was good, and I needed the line repaired.
He said he would call me right back. NEVER HAPPENED!!
I waited through the weekend with no water, and called him again first thing Monday morning, NO ANSWER, NO CALL BACK!!
I then called the company to try and make an appointment directly. The woman said she would contact John and call me right back. NEVER HAPPENED!!
Tried calling him again at the end of the day and left a message to please let me know if he could do this job. NEVER CALLED BACK!! TODAY IS 2 DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING…
STILL NO WATER OR CALL BACKS. I called the company AGAIN, they said he would call me at noon. At 1PM the company calls back and says he can’t do the job.
Thanksgiving dinner in now canceled due to no water for a week!!

To the RUDE and INCONSIDERATE people at BUILDERS ELECTRIC …
