Cascade Title — Downtown Eugene, Oregon
Cascade Title is Lane County’s oldest title insurance and escrow company, founded in 1950 and locally owned ever since, with offices across Eugene and out to the coast in Florence. Builder’s Electric has served Cascade Title at all of their locations over the years — a working relationship that has spanned office after office as the company has grown. The most recent chapter was the biggest: a full relocation of their headquarters in downtown Eugene, with Builder’s Electric handling the electrical scope of the new space from the ground up.
Relocating a headquarters means more than moving desks. Builder’s Electric renovated the lighting and commercial electrical throughout the new offices — laying out and wiring the power distribution, branch circuits, and lighting that a busy title-and-escrow operation runs on all day. Office lighting does real work here: it has to be even, efficient, and comfortable for staff reading documents and meeting clients across the desk, and the renovation was built to deliver that across the entire floor plan.
A title company runs on information — secure documents, escrow records, and the systems that move them. That’s why the project went beyond power into low-voltage systems: the structured cabling, network, communications, and connectivity infrastructure a professional office depends on. Getting the low-voltage layer right during a relocation is what lets a business plug in and keep working from day one instead of fighting dead drops and dropped connections.

That’s the value of a contractor who already knows your buildings. Because Builder’s Electric has worked across Cascade Title’s locations over the years, the headquarters relocation moved on a foundation of trust rather than a cold start. It’s the same commercial electrical, lighting, and low-voltage work Builder’s Electric brings to professional offices throughout Eugene, Springfield, and Lane County — and out to Florence on the Oregon coast.
